Recently returning to our hometown of Chicago, we were previously based in the Washington, D.C. area for five years. With over 15 years of in-house experience in Chicagoland and all the primary Midwest markets including Minneapolis, Columbus & Cincinnati, Kansas City & St. Louis, Indianapolis, and Milwaukee, impresa projects can provide immediate project management in those markets and also have contacts in a number of cities and regions to manage and consult on long-distance projects. Even in today’s climate, impresa will travel as needed.

Shannon Mangiameli has worked for some of the most impressive stakeholders in the commercial real estate business. She possesses strong skills in pre-construction team building, oversight and reporting, cost management, and project close out. She works with building owners and office tenants from the inception of projects. Assembling teams, managing construction, design and engineering, and FF&E, through close-out, impresa prides ourselves on finishing projects on time and within budget.
