Shannon Mangiameli initially expanded her skill set in the industrial space during her tenure with Blackstone's industrial operating platform, working on high-quality logistics properties in all the major & secondary Midwest markets in the United States.​ She continued to hone her skills at Fortune 1, Amazon, one of the world’s biggest logistics companies, for six years. She first led a nimble team building “big box” Middle Mile facilities throughout the Northeast and Midwest. More recently, she oversaw the design and construction teams building Reverse Logistics warehouses; including help develop a design template that was deployed as part of the re-commerce platform throughout the US & Canada.
